Great place, met my beautiful fiance here. The one and only Danielle daughter to the owner of the bar. I've never had a hoggie so good and have never met so many nicely outspoken people.

Jakes is a small, casual bar that many downtown harrison locals call home. It's not at all fancy but it's clean, separate rooms, front room has bar & tables, back room has 2 pool tables, a few tables & chairs, there's a juke box so you can pick the music, you can smoke cigarettes inside since it's Indiana, they sell (high $) good food until a certain hour, they have pop, glasses of beer, bottles, and pitchers for $5. They got their liquor license a while back but I'm honestly not sure if they lost it.
